I thought I'd share on of those tender moments thanks to NDT.
Last night I wandered out into the paddock to watch the sunset, the dogs were chilling out checking out sniffs etc. After a few moment Ty did his normal "Well if your not going to give me any attention I'll ignore you act" He does what I call a military sit (has since he was 7 weeks old), dead straight back, stare ahead but he always has he's back to you. I just ignored him and continued to watch the sunset. After a few moment he gets up wanders over and ever so slightly leans against me and we just sat there together for several minutes. It was really special, totally connected with no pressure. THEN all hell broke lose, our evil black cat decided to beat the hell out another of our cats, so suddenly it was cats screaming with Ty off in a flash to join in the action. <Sigh> OH well it was great while it lasted, I just stayed and continued to enjoy the sunset and reflected on my two minutes of true connection with Ty

Those moments make all the craziness that much easier to bear.

It's always those little moments that we remember the most.
Those dang cats are always causing trouble.
